Description Despite improved therapeutics, surgical techniques and overall survival rates, children with brain tumors still experience significant ophthalmologic morbidity. Neuro-Ophthalmologist should be aware of the clinical symptoms as well as medical and surgical side effects that occur in children with brain tumors. Given the improved survival rates and delayed side effects from treatment, some complications do not manifest until adulthood. This journal club will review these complications.
