Description The development of tonsillar descent is a rare but reported complication after lumboperitoneal shunting in pseudotumor cerebri. Fatal tonsillar herniation following lumbar puncture(LP) has also been rarely reported in pseudotumor cerebri . We report a case of pseudotumor cerebri with a minor tonsillar descent who developed worsening of the descent after repeated lumbar punctures.
