Description Three men aged 40-60 years with obstructive sleep apnea (2 obesity-related, 1 congenital airway malformation) developed intracranial hypertension. Two patients presented with an acute optic neuropathy without headache or other systemic symptoms; the third patient had symptoms of increased intracranial pressure (ICP) with normal vision.
