Description Two case presentations. First case patient presented with 6 week history of scintillations in peripheral field with a diagnosis of occipital meningioma. Second case presented intermittent headaches, double vision and dizziness. MRI showed bilateral cavernous sinus aneurysm. Exam exotropia, limited eye movements. Diagnosis of third nerve palsy.
