A 65 year old male with a four day history of blurry vision in the left eye was seen in a medical intensive care unit to evaluate left unilateral papilledema. He had had systemic hypertension for 6 years which had recently become difficult to control. He had no previous history of other ocular difficulties or medical problems. |
