Description A 9-year-old girl was referred for neuro-ophthalmologic consultation because of a newly-discovered Marcus-Gunn pupil sign on the left side. She was asymptomatic; there was no history of headaches, growth failure, excessive thirst or urination, or a change in behavior attributable to progressive visual loss. She had had ""a lazy left eye"" at age four years which spontaneously resolved.
