Description The patient is a twenty-six year old male who presented with blind spots for six days in the right eye and five days in the left eye. The patient reported febrile symptoms several weeks prior to the loss of v1s1on. The patient took a course of Keflex. The patient had a past history of ulcerative colitis diagnosed four years prior to his evaluation. The patient reported sterile ulceration of the left leg approximately two years prior to his evaluation. The patient needed to be maintained on Prednisone 15 mg. every other a.m. and Asulfadine.
