An 8 year old female developed diplopia four days after trauma to the left orbit. Examination revealed left inferior rectus weakness. Orbital stereo xrays and tomography were normal. Four weeks later after minor trauma to the right cheek, ptosis and weakness of the right extraocular muscles developed. A Tensilon test was performed. |
