Description We report three patients who suffered delayed visual loss due to compressive optic neuropathy related to a pseudoaneurysm of the internal carotid artery. Visual loss became symptomatic six weeks, eight months and twelve years after the initial injury in each of the three patients. Onset of visual loss was experienced as gradual in two patients and acute in one patient.
