We report three patients with chronic headaches and optic neuropathy due to widespread meningeal thickening and enhancement on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI}, all with biopsy?proven intracranial pachymeningitis ( fibrosclerosis of the meninges) and no evidence of systemic fibrosclerosis. |
