Description The last review of the general clinical presentation of patients with Ophthalmic Artery Aneurysms (OAA) occurred in 1990 by Day and the last review of visual sequelae occurred in 1981 by Drake. Subsequently, advances in diagnosis, imaging and in treatment have occurred. The purpose of this study is to determine if there have been changes in clinical characteristics or the pre- and post-operative visual function in patients with OAA.
