Title |
Visual Function at Baseline and One Month in Acute Demyelinating Optic Neuritis Predicts Visual Outcome |
Creator |

Subject |
optic neuritis; ONTT; Contrast sensitivity; multiple sclerosis; Clinical trial design |
Description |
After acute optic neuritis, residual visual defects, suggestive of permanent demyelination or axonal loss, occur. We attempted to identify cut points for visual functions that are predictive of abnormal vision at 6 months. We also explored if moderate-to-severe visual dysfunction correlates with major vision loss at 6 months. |
