SmaU noneleaved-celllymphoma, also known as Burkirtt's lymphoma represents approximately 40% of all childhood lymphomas diagnosed each year in the USA. CNS involvement; typically positive CSF cytology and occasionally a parenchymal mass or isolated cranial nerve palsies, is seen at the time of diagnosis in roughJy 8% of patients. In this case report we describe the unusual presentation of a 6 year old girl with diplopia from bilateral cavernous sinus involvement at the time of diagnosis. |
