Description The clinical distinction of papilledema from pseudopapilledema is a frequent task for neuro-ophthalmologisrs. Case series have suggested that echographic measurements ofoptic nerve sheath diameter, including the 30-degree test, correlate with intracranial pressure. This study broadens this investigation to correlate echographic evidence of fluid in the optic nerve sheath with ultimate clinical outcome for a cohan of patients.
