Description History: A 72-year-old man referred with a mass in the superior right epibulbar area with fullness of the right upper lid. There is no functional deficit. Anatomy: Orbit; Eyelid. Clinical: The lid elevated showing the salmon-colored soft lesion covering the epibulbar portion of the right lateral superior globe. Disease Diagnosis: Lymphoma. Pathology: A fine needle aspiration of the lymphocytes obtained from this lesion which was a lymphoma. Presenting Symptom: Mass in the superior right epibulbar area with fullness of the right upper lid; no functional deficit. Neuroimaging: Axial CT scan of the lesion lateral to the globe against the anterior lateral wall of the orbit. Axial view of the orbit showing the lesion in the superior lateral portion of the anterior right orbit.
