Description History: A 45-year-old man referred with a 3 month history of progressive right proptosis with minimal discomfort and no functional deficit. Anatomy: Orbit. Clinical: Anterior medial orbitotomy with cryoprobe in the process of removing irregular lumpy, firm, rubbery mass. Disease Diagnosis: Large Cell Follicular Lymphoma. Pathology: Cut section of large cell follicular lymphoma. Microscopic section showing the cellular pattern of the diffuse large cell lymphoma. Presenting Symptom: Proptosis of the right eye. Neuroimaging: CT scan showing mass anterior, medial to right globe. Treatment: Radiation therapy of 2400 cGy delivered to the right anterior orbit. No recurrence noted after 10 years.
