Description History: A 56 year-old man with right proptosis of 5 mm with visual blurring on eccentric gaze. Anatomy: Orbital. Clinical: Visual acuity is 20/20 with normal color vision, normal pupils, and a normal visual field in the straight ahead position. Disease Diagnosis: Orbital Lymphangioma. Neuroimaging: Ultrasound revealed a retrobulbar lesion. CT scan shows the lymphangiomas. Pathology: Lymphangioma. Presenting Symptom: Proptosis and visual blurring. Treatment: Lymphangioma removed through a lateral orbitotomy with a cryoprobe.
