Neuroimaging Axial CT of the dramatic proptosis caused by dysthyroid orbitopathy. Coronal view showing the bilateral enlargement of the rectus muscles consistent with dysthyroid orbitopathy together with some increase in the orbital fat. Axial scan of the post-decompression bone removal from the lateral and medial orbits in both eyes. Coronal CT scan showing another view of the removal of portions of the medial and lateral orbit.
