Description History: The patient was referred with a left proptosis and visual loss to a level of counting fingers and no known history of carcinoma. Anatomy: Orbit; Blindness; Zygoma; Sphenoid bone. Disease Diagnosis: Lung Neoplasms. Pathology: Fine needle aspiration biopsy of carcinoma. Presenting Symptom: Left proptosis and visual loss to a level of counting fingers. Neuroimaging: Axial CT scan showing infiltration of the posterior left orbit The lesion in the posterior left orbit, lower section, with some thickening of the posterior zygoma and sphenoid bone. Treatment: 5,000 cGy radiation therapy to left orbit.
