History A 65-year-old man was referred with a proptosed right eye with an epibulbar mass for six weeks.
Neuroimaging Axial CT scan with the lesion surrounding the lateral aspect of the right globe.
Pathology The microscopic appearance of the amyloid infiltrating the epibulbar area following a debulking of the lesion. The electron microscopic appearance of the amyloid deposits in the lesion.
