Description History: A 65-year-old man was referred with a proptosed right eye with an epibulbar mass for six weeks. Disease Diagnosis: Amyloid. Pathology: The microscopic appearance of the amyloid infiltrating the epibulbar area following a debulking of the lesion. The electron microscopic appearance of the amyloid deposits in the lesion. Presenting Symptom: Proptosis of right eye with an epibulbar mass. Neuroimaging: Axial CT scan with the lesion surrounding the lateral aspect of the right globe. Treatment: Debulking of the lesion.
