| Neuroimaging |
Normal right optic nerve. Edematous left optic nerve as the result of compression by the tumor. A large round tumor in the left orbit. A part of the tumor compressing the left optic nerve nasally. A large lesion enhancing in the left orbit. The coronal view with enhancement showing the large size of the left orbital schwannoma. |

A gross specimen of the typical schwannoma. A higher pattern of the schwann cells of the schwannoma. |

Neurilemmoma; Schwannoma |
| Treatment |
Surgical removal of tumor. The post-operative's appearance of the patient three months later with recovery of vision to 20/30 also the improvement of the relative afferent pupillary defect and improvement in his visual field. |
