Description History: A 4-year-old girl presented with a 3 to 6 month history of drooping of the left upper lid together with bulging of the left eye. Visual acuity was grossly about 20/40 in each eye. Anatomy: Orbit. Clinical: Visual acuity was grossly about 20/40 in each eye. Upgaze slightly restricted in the left eye. Disease Diagnosis: Fibroma, Ossifying. Neuroimaging: A round lesion with a less dense center in the axial view of the left orbital roof indicating a bony type of lesion. coronal view of the patient with a bony lesion involving a great portion of the left orbital roof and pressing the globe inferiorly as well as extending into the brain tissue. Ocular Movements: Upgaze slightly restricted in the left eye. Presenting Symptom: Drooping of the left upper lid together with bulging of the left eye. Treatment: Surgical removal of lesion.
