Description History: A 15-year-old boy with a swelling apparent on the left upper lateral lid. Anatomy: Zygoma. Disease Diagnosis: Eosinophilic granuloma. Pathology: Pathology slide of eosinophilic granuloma including plasma cells, eosinophils and neutrophils. Presenting Symptom: Swelling apparent on the left upper lateral lid. Neuroimaging: Axial CT scan showing the thinning of the left zygoma and the mass lateral to the left eye anteriorly CT demonstrating the erosion of the bone and the mass lateral and superior to the left globe. The peeling of the right superior lateral orbital wall together with the disappearance of the previous eosinophilic granuloma. Treatment: Low dose radiation (600 rads).
