Description History: 12-year-old boy referred with lymphangioma of the left lower lid previously biopsied. Left lower lid filled with lymphangiomatous tissue. Anatomy: Eyelid. Clinical: Appearance of the lymphangioma with lid retracted showing a reddish, irregular soft lesion in the left lower lid. Disease Diagnosis: Lymphangioma. Presenting Symptom: Lymphangioma of the left lower lid previously biopsied. Left lower lid filled with lymphangiomatous tissue. Neuroimaging: CT scan showing lesion confined to the lid anterior to the globe. Coronal CT scan showing lesion extensive in the left lower lid area. Treatment: Vaporization of lymphangioma by carbon dioxide laser.
