Description History: 48 year old man referred with a left 'Orbital Tumor.' His left eye is located downward and his lid followed his left eye in a downward position. Previously misdiagnosed as having an Orbital Tumor. Anatomy: Orbit. Disease Diagnosis: Proptosis; Exophthalmos. Neuroimaging: An enhanced mass in the posterior right apex of the orbit is the enlarged belly of the left inferior rectus. Ocular Movements: Restricted upgaze in left eye. Presenting Symptom: Proptosis. Treatment: Surgery: left inferior rectus recession of 7 mm.
