Clinical VA: 20/40 OS deteriorating to 20/70 OS; RAPD OS
Neuroimaging MRI
Pathology Left orbital mass composed of spindle cell neoplasm consistent with schwannoma.
Disease/Diagnosis Schwannoma arising from the inferior division of the left oculomotor nerve causing compressive optic neuropathy
Treatment Corticosteroids; Surgery
