Pathology Diffuse infiltration by monoclonal plasmacytic cells consistent with multiple myeloma.
Disease/Diagnosis Multiple myeloma presenting with bilateral central retinal vein occlusions secondary to hyperviscosity syndrome
Treatment Plasmapheresis
