Previous history significant for hypertension, colon cancer treated with bowel resection, restless leg syndrome and hypothyroidism. Previous ocular history significant for amblyopia OD and narrow angles Tx laser iridotomy. |
Clinical |
Mild eyelid retraction bilaterally; Mild deficit of depression OD; 8 PD of right hypertropia increasing in downgaze to 16 PD, orthophoric in upgaze. |

MRI Orbital ultrasound |
Pathology |
Mononuclear cells with irregular nuclei and scant cytoplasm of right inferior rectus muscle. |
Disease/Diagnosis |
Extraocular muscle metastasis as primary presentation of bronchial carcinoid |
