Pathology Microvascular proliferation with focal necrosis and fibrillar astrocytes.
Disease/Diagnosis High grade glioma infiltrating the meninges with features suggestive of anaplastic ependymoma, (WHO grade III) and glioblastoma multiforme
Clinical VA: 20/40 OD, 20/20 OS; Enlarged blind spot OS; Bilateral disc edema with sub-hyaloid blood over the right macula
Presenting Symptom Papilledema; Macular hemorrhage; Headache; blurred vision OD
Neuroimaging CT; PET
Treatment Surgery
