Clinical VA: 20/20 OU declining to HMat 6" OD, 20/50 OS
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Pathology GFAP-expressing cells embedded within reactive subdural arachnoid tissue.
Disease/Diagnosis Primary diffuse leptomeningeal gliomatosis
Treatment Surgery: IV Steroids; Alkylating antineoplastic agents
