Disease/Diagnosis Anti-MAG IgM antibody-mediated neuropathy
Clinical VA: 20/20 OU; Normal color vision
Presenting Symptom Drooping left eyelid; Diplopia; Headache
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Corticosterolids; Antiviral agents; Antirheumatic agents
