Pathology Intraconal mass composed of oval and spindle cells, tumor giant cells with cell necrosis and hemorrhage.
Disease/Diagnosis Orbital malignant rhabdoid tumor
Clinical AV: 20/20 OU (with the refraction OS 2.5 diopters more hyperopic than the previous spectacles obtained one year earlier); IOP: 9 OD, 16 OS
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Visual loss; Headache; Facial pain
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Surgery
