Pathology GFAP-expressing cells embedded with reactive subdural arachnoid tissue.
Disease/Diagnosis Primary diffuse leptomeningeal gliomatosis
Clinical VA: 20/20 OU declining to HM at 6" OD, 20/50 OS
Presenting Symptom Headache; Vomiting; Diplopia; Facial weakness; Seizures
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Surgery; IV steroids; Alkylating antineoplastic agents
