Pathology Signet ring adenocarcinoma at the gastro-esophageal junction, metatstatic to leptomeninges.
Disease/Diagnosis Signet-cell carcinoma of the gastro-esophageal junction, metastatic to the leptomeninges.
Treatment Cholinesterase inhibitors; Glucocorticoids
