A 48-year old male with sudden onset of painless blurred vision OD. Previous history significant for diabetes and hypertension.
Pathology
Diffuse proliferation of large atypical lymphoid cells consistent with malignant lymphoma, diffuse large B cell type infiltrating into the optic nerve and chiasm.
Disease/Diagnosis
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma involving the neck, abdomen and anterior visual pathway
Clinical
VA: 20/400 OD, 20/20 OS; Visual field examination demonstrated constriction OD

CHOP chemotherapy
