Pathology Striational antibodies consistent with myastenia gravis.
Disease/Diagnosis Paraneoplastic myasthenia gravis associated with primary pulmonary adenocarcinoma
Clinical VA: Best-corrected, 20/30 OD, 20/20 OS; Color plates 10/10 OU
Presenting Symptom Horizontal and vertical double vision; Droopy right upper lid
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Steroids; IV immunoglobulin; Anticholinesterase agents
