Disease/Diagnosis Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with CNS involvement
Clinical Sensory disturbance; Ataxia; Limb weakness
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Lumbar back pain
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment CHOP chemotherapy; Steroids
