Pathology Diffuse proliferation of large atypical lymphoid cells consistent with malignant lymphoma, diffuse large B cell type infiltrating into the optic nerve and chiasm.
Disease/Diagnosis Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma involving the neck, abdomen and anterior visual pathway
Clinical VA: 20/400 OD, 20/20 OS; Visual field examination demonstrated constriction OD
Presenting Symptom Blurred vision OD
Treatment CHOP chemotherapy
