A 58-year old male with periodic blurred vision in one or both eyes described as clouding lasting from a couple of hours to 2 days. The episodes cleared spontaneously without pain. This symptom was aggravated by exposure to heat. |

Invasive squamous cell carcinoma with reactive dermatomyositis |
