A 29-year old male a 2-1/2 month history of progressive decrease in vision OS associated with a 2-month history of left facial paresthesia. Ophthalmic history significant for chorioretinitis. A history of hepatitis, typhoid fever and herpes zoster also revealed. |
Pathology |
Chronic inflammatory cells consisting of plasma cells, lymphocytes and histiocytes. |

Compressive optic neuropathy secondary to Rosai-Dorman disease |
