Pathology Neuroectodermal tumor; Sclerotic foci in femurs, pubis, illiac bones and feet
Disease/Diagnosis Bilateral optic neuropathy secondar to primative neuroectodermal tumor
Clinical VA: 3/100 OD, 8/200 OS declining to NLP OD, 1/200 OS
Presenting Symptom Flu-like febrile illness; Impaired vision OU; Frontal headache; Back and neck pain
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Hormonal antineoplastic agents; Steroids; XRT
