Disease/Diagnosis Polyarteritis nodosa
Clinical VA: HM at 2' OD, 20/100 OS; Color plates: 0/10 OD, 0.5/10 OS; RAPD OD
Presenting Symptom Blurred vision OS; Binocular diplopia
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Corticosteroids; Alkylating antineoplastic agents
