History A 46-year old female with drooping right lid, double vision and severe headache. Previous history significant for autoimmune hepatitis and bilateral idiopathic uveitis.
Pathology Pituitary mass composed of highly pleomorphic tumor cells with significant mitotic figures.
Disease/Diagnosis Poor differntiated malignant neoplasm metastatic to the left pituitary fossa
Clinical VA: 20/25 OD, 20/20 OS; Normal color vision
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Ptosis; Headache
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Steroids; Surgery; XRT
