Pathology Severe cerebral venous hypertension resultant from dialysis fistula.
Disease/Diagnosis Cerebral venous hypertension from dialysis fistula causing pseudo-pseudo tumor
Clinical VA: 20/20 OD, 20/25 OS, declining to 20/40 OD; Normal visual field OD, Enlarged blind spot and mild nasal depression OS; RAPD OS; Tonometry: 16 OD, 15 OS
Presenting Symptom Photopsia and dark spots OS; Progressive field loss OS
Neuroimaging MRI; CT
Treatment Enzyme inhibitors; Corticosteroids
