Description Single case of gliomatosis cerebri identified on mulltiple MRI images pre- and post-contrast administration with axial and coronal views. Figure 1 : Axial brain MRI (T2) - Diffusely thickened and T2 hyperintense area (yellow arrows) centered within the genu of the corpus callosum with extension into the anterior forceps and around the frontal horns. Figure 2: Axial brain MRI (T2) - Diffusely thickened and T2 hyperintense area (yellow arrows) centered within the genu of the corpus callosum with extension into the anterior forceps and around the frontal horns. Figure 3: Axial brain MRI (T2) - Diffusely thickened and T2 hyperintense area (yellow arrows) centered within the genu of the corpus callosum with extension into the anterior forceps and around the frontal horns. Figure 4: Axial brain MRI (T1 with contrast) - Diffusely thickened area (yellow arrows) centered within the genu of the corpus callosum does not enhance post contrast. Figure 5: Axial brain MRI (T2) - Diffusely thickened and T2 hyperintense area (yellow arrows) centered within the genu of the corpus callosum with extension into the anterior forceps and around the frontal horns. Figure 6: Coronal brain MRI (T2) - Diffusely thickened and T2 hyperintense area (yellow arrows) centered within the genu of the corpus callosum with extension into the anterior forceps and around the frontal horns.
