Description Presenting Symptom: Swollen optic disks. Pathology: Papilledema. Clinical: The patient was a 16-year old female with the tetralogy of Fallot and secondary polycythemia. The hemoglobin was 22 and hematocrit 70. The fundi showed congestion and darkening of veins but no hemorrhagic retinopathy. The disc was mildly edematous. Disease/ Diagnosis: Polycythemia
