Description Presenting Symptom: Hemorrhagic retinopathy. Pathology: Hemorrhagic retinopathy. Clnical: The patient was a 72-year old female with a 4-week history of progressive dementia. Investigation revealed the macroglobulinemia of multiple myeloma which together with the mental symptoms comprise the Bing-Neel syndrome. The fundi revealed distension of the veins and diffuse hemorrhagic retinopathy. Disease/ Diagnosis: Hyperglobulinemia (Bing Neel Syndrome)
