Presenting Symptom: Retinal hemorrhage with exudates. Clinical: Although a few microaneurysms are present, the dominant feature in this patient was the exudate rather than the hemorrhage. The patient was a 44-year old female with a 10-year history of diabetes. Disease/ Diagnosis: Diabetic retinopathy. |
