Description Presenting Symptom: Blurred vision OS. Pathology: Papilledema with exudate. Clinical: The patient was a 46-year old female with a 10-year history of recurring tuberculosis and a 1-week history of blurred vision of the left eye. The photograph shows edema of the disc with hemorrhages and exudate along the retinal vessels. The fundus picture is that of a partial venous obstruction with no ophthalmoscopic evidence of inflammation. Disease/ Diagnosis: Tuberculosis
